Strawberry Ginger Minj Cocktail Recipe:
1/4 cup simple syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pound fresh strawberries slices
2 cups gin (or more...)
3 cups ginger ale
Fresh mint sprigs, to garnish
Sugar rim
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher. (serves 8)
